Super Bowl LVI will feature the Cincinnati Bengals in the National Football League's championship game for the first time since Jan. 1989. And it will feature a pair of broadcasters familiar to Cincinnati sports fans in NBC's booth.
Former Cincinnati Reds play-by-play broadcaster Al Michaels and former Cincinnati Bengals receiver Cris Collinsworth will broadcast the game between the Bengals and Los Angeles Rams Feb. 13 at SoFi Stadium. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. Eastern.
Sideline reporters Michele Tafoya and Kathryn Tappen - and rules analyst Terry McAulay - will join Michaels and Collinsworth for the broadcast.
