TAMPA, Fla. -- Tampa Bay Buccaneers coach Dirk Koetter never imagined that the quarterback he thought he would be competing against for a role on the team at Idaho State would not only became an NFL coach, but one he would face in Cincinnati Bengals coach Marvin Lewis.
Koetter and Lewis will square off Sunday for the first time as NFL head coaches in the regular season, but their head-to-head battles (and shenanigans) have gone on for much longer in a friendship that has spanned more than 40 years. Fourteen former teammates and their families -- and even Koetter's father Jim -- will be joining them for Sunday's 1 p.
