The Miami Dolphins signed Mark Walton, a former Cincinnati Bengals running back who has been arrested three times this year, on Sunday.
Dolphins head coach Brian Flores told palmbeachpost.com's Joe Schad that "people deserve a second chance" and he doesn't "want to judge people based on one incident, two incidents."
The Bengals waived the former Miami Hurricanes running back and 2018 fourth-round draft pick last month after he reportedly surrendered to North Miami-Dade police to face felony charges of carrying a concealed weapon, marijuana possession and reckless driving.
