Mixon entered Sunday's game with 1,159 rushing yards, needing just 41 for 1,200. He passed his previous season-best of 1,168 yards on the ground - set in 2018 - earlier in the game.
Only four players - Rudi Johnson (1,458 in 2005, 1,454 in 2004, 1,309 in 2006), Corey Dillon (1,435 in 2000, 1,315 in 2001, 1,311 in 2002, 1,200 in 1999), Cedric Benson (1,251 in 2009) and James Brooks (1,239 in 1989) - have rushed for 1,200 or more yards in one season as a Bengal.
