CINCINNATI -- Joe Burrow's investment in a start-up pro volleyball league will include partial ownership of a franchise with pop star Jason Derulo.
Derulo told TMZ Sports that he and the Cincinnati Bengals quarterback will be co-owners of a franchise that will be in Omaha, Nebraska.
The musician cited a mutual connection with Burrow. His business partner, Omaha businessman Danny White, has connections to Burrow's family.
"I've met his family on some different occasions but I had actually met Joe (for the first time) a couple of nights ago," Derulo told the outlet.
