When Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow is on the field, he is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL. Though he has only been in the NFL for four years, Burrow has spent significant time on the sidelines with various injuries.

In a recent interview with Men’s Health, Burrow discussed a new approach he has taken this offseason to prepare his body for another NFL season.

The article clearly shows that Burrow has focused on two things: adding mass and staying hydrated.
