Joe Burrow put up an impressive performance in his first NFL scrimmage.
The Cincinnati Bengals quarterback completed 13 of 19 throws and tossed two touchdown passes in Friday’s scrimmage. Burrow began the day completing his first eight passes.
“I thought he was in good control of the offense today. There’s one down in the red zone he’ll probably want back on an extended play. Other than that, I thought he led the offense. He did a nice job communicating and had some nice drives for us,” Bengals coach Zac Taylor said of Burrow.
Taylor was referring to a pass Burrow sailed over tight end C.
