James Harrison, the Pittsburgh Steelers' all-time sack leader who spent one season (2013) with the Cincinnati Bengals, announced his retirement Monday morning via Instagram. And as he prepares to turn 40 next month, there's reason to believe he means it this time.
Harrison announced in 2014 - after his year-long stint with the Bengals - that he was retiring, only to return to the Steelers about two weeks later.
