Ja’Marr Chase and the Cincinnati Bengals have yet to reach a contract extension, but that won’t keep him off the practice field any longer.
According to NFL Network reporter Tom Pelissero, Chase practiced with the team on Sunday. It’s the first time Chase has practiced this summer after staging a hold-in, where he was present for the majority of practices on the sideline but did not do any team drills.
However, that was for training camp and the preseason, which have since concluded. Now, the team is preparing to host the New England Patriots in Week 1, so it’s not a big surprise to see Chase has seemingly ended his hold-in, especially since he needs to get his football conditioning up to game speed.
