Cincinnati Bengals rookie receiver Ja'Marr Chase broke A.J. Green's team rookie receiving yardage record during Sunday's Week 16 game against the Baltimore Ravens with a 20-yard catch from quarterback Joe Burrow during the second quarter at Paul Brown Stadium.
Chase had a 17-yard catch - his first of the game - on the Bengals' first-quarter scoring drive that resulted in a 1-yard touchdown run by Joe Mixon.
Chase entered Sunday's game at Paul Brown Stadium with 1,038 receiving yards, needing 20 to break Green's mark of 1,057 set in 2011.
Two weeks ago, Chase eclipsed the 1,000-yard mark in receiving in the fourth quarter of his 13th National Football League game - becoming just the third receiver in Bengals' history with a 1,000-yard season as a rookie, joining Green and Cris Collinsworth (1,009) in 1981.
