Jalen Kitna, a high school quarterback and the son of former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Jon Kitna, announced his commitment to the Florida Gators via Twitter on Tuesday morning.
Kitna, 47, became the new head coach at Burleson High School - near Fort Worth, Texas - in March after he wasn't retained by new Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy. Jalen, who finished last season with 1,554 passing yards, seven touchdowns and seven interceptions, is expected to play for his dad at Burleson as a senior.
