The Bengals got rid of easily the biggest dead weight on the coaching staff in Paul Alexander, whose ketchup-lid techniques have proven ineffective in recent years for what become the NFL’s worst offensive line.
Not only did the Bengals get rid of him, but they replaced him with Cowboys offensive line coach Frank Pollack, who assembled one of the league’s best offensive lines.
