The Cincinnati Bengals are looking to return to the Super Bowl in the 2024 season with quarterback Joe Burrow making his return from injury.
However, there were clearly some needs that needed to be addressed this offseason to ensure that the Bengals had a roster that was ready to compete.
Starting with the staff, the Bengals lost their offensive coordinator when Brian Callahan agreed to become the next head coach of the Tennessee Titans.
To fill the spot, the Bengals promoted QB coach Dan Pitcher to become the new OC and promoted Brad Kragthorpe to the QB coach position.
