CINCINNATI -- When Emmanuel Lamur flips on his TV and hears the conversations about Vontaze Burfict, he's aghast.
A quick scroll down his social media timelines makes him downright horrified.
"If you only knew ..." he says to himself.
The version of Burfict largely portrayed since his role role in the Cincinnati Bengals' January playoff collapse against the Steelers isn't the one who Lamur, a soon-to-be free agent, has viewed up close the past four years. Since arriving in Cincinnati together in 2012, he and Burfict have been neighbors in a corner of the Bengals' locker room.
