In each of the last four games of his 11th season Pro Bowl left tackle Andrew Whitworth either joins or passes a Bengals luminary on the all-time games list as befitting his station as one of the franchise’s most beloved players.
This Sunday in Cleveland (1 p.m.-Cincinnati’s Channel 12) he ties four-time Pro Bowl tight end Rodney Holman for the 12th most games in franchise history with 165.
Then the next week at Paul Brown Stadium against Pittsburgh he’ll tie Joe Walter, the right tackle on the Bengals’ greatest offensive line. The week after that on Christmas Eve in Houston he’ll tie wide receiver Isaac Curtis, gifted enough to go to four Pro Bowls.
