ESPN’s Bill Barnwell graded the 30 most impactful trades of the 2019 NFL year and recognized both of the Bengals’ trades during the 2019 draft as moves that shifted more than just the depth chart for Cincinnati. Just inside the top 20 was the trade that saw Ryan Finley become Andy Dalton’s backup and temporary replacement.
