Eric Winston said some interesting stuff Tuesday. Thank goodness for Interesting Stuff and for Eric Winston providing it. The days are going Groundhog at the Small Park on the Big Brown, and the football team is still playing fake games. We needed some grist.
Winston is a Bengals tackle and, more prominently, president of the NFL Players Association. The CBA expires in 2021. This doesn’t concern him much because he won’t be playing in 2021.
"Honestly, I don't care, and I don't think the guys in this locker room care whether [the NFL] is going to be around in 20 years because none of us are going to be playing," he told a local TV station.
