The Cincinnati Bengals secondary has three players that are a lock to get the bulk of the snaps. However, throughout the NFL season, there are numerous ways to break into the rotation.
That’s the plan for Demetrious Cox, a player hoping to make the 55-man roster come Week 1.
With just four games, all with the Panthers in 2017, Cox hasn’t been able to stay on the field with either organization. A safety-cornerback combo, Cox does have the ability to play multiple positions.
For now, that hasn’t mattered.
