When Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow hurt his wrist in Week 11 and required surgery, it was pretty much the worst-case scenario for the 2023 Cincinnati Bengals, and it had the potential to put the 2024 Bengals in jeopardy as well.
Many were surprised when Burrow came out for early offseason practice throwing the way he has. It hasn’t looked like he has been on a pitch count, and according to new offensive coordinator Dan Pitcher, he isn’t.
“We designed the whole thing to stay within the constraints of where the medical people think he should be and where he wants to be right now,” he told Geoff Hobson.
