Dan Hoard says he'll miss another Bengals game but will broadcast Crosstown Shootout

Dan Hoard, radio voice of the Cincinnati Bengals as well as University of Cincinnati Bearcats football and basketball, provided an update about his status via Twitter on Thursday, indicating that he's been quarantining after he was in a room with two people that later tested positive for COVID-19.

He said he's had multiple negative test results and will miss another game doing play-by-play on the Bengals Radio Network - but will be permitted to broadcast Sunday's Crosstown Shootout between UC and the Xavier Musketeers.

Hoard tweeted during the Bengals' loss last Sunday to the New York Giants that he wasn't doing play-by-play on the Bengals Radio Network because he was "on the shelf due to contact tracing.
