Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck is expected to be healthy enough for starter reps when the team reports for training camp next week, increasing the likelihood that Luck will start in the regular-season opener between the Colts and Cincinnati Bengals on Sept. 9 in Indianapolis.
Colts general manager Chris Ballard indicated Friday that Luck will be ready to work with the team's starters when training camp starts next Thursday.
Colts kicker Adam Vinatieri said in June that he has no doubt the Bengals will face Luck in their Week 1 showdown, during an episode of ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter's podcast.
