The Cincinnati Bengals waived two offensive players on Monday.
Tight end Moritz Bohringer and running back Devwah Whaley were let go by the Bengals, the team announced.
Bohringer joined the Bengals in 2018 as part of the NFL’s international player pathway program. He spent the last two seasons on club’s practice squad.
Whaley signed with the Bengals in April as an undrafted free agent of out Arkansas.
The team also officially placed defensive tackle Josh Tupou on the reserve/opt-out list. The Enquirer reported last week that Tupou decided to opt out of the 2020 season because of coronavirus concerns.
