The Cincinnati Bengals put the whooping on the Cleveland Browns for the world to see on Thursday Night, winning the Battle of Ohio in a 31-10 rout. Everything seemed to work for the Bengals in Thursday night’s victory, and while the Browns actually played fairly well, Cincinnati got the job done at home in prime time.
The Bengals were heavily favored in this game, but they still had skeptics–especially since Cincinnati has played very poorly in prime time throughout the Dalton era. Thursday night’s game was a chance for Cincinnati to show that it is the real deal in the first of three straight prime time matchups.
