A.J. Green smiled upon the recollection of a simple-looking 26-yard catch-and-run in the first quarter of the Cincinnati Bengals’ 30-27 preseason victory over the Chicago Bears on Thursday night. He sold his route upfield, keeping the eyes of Chicago Bears corner Marcus Cooper, Sr. on him until the final moment, when Andy Dalton’s throw was suddenly to Green’s back shoulder. Green was then off to the races at 19.2 miles per hour.
