The Bengals selected East Carolina offensive tackle D'Ante Smith. Smith was one of three of the team's picks in round four. The Bengals selected Tulane defensive end Cameron Sample and LSU defensive tackle Tyler Shelvin with their two other picks in the fourth round of the 2021 NFL Draft.
Smith was a 2020 preseason All-American Athletic Conference first-team member. His final year at East Carolina ended prematurely when he suffered a season-ending injury.
