Joe Burrow moved to Cincinnati a few weeks ago. On Friday, the new Bengals quarterback officially inked his four-year, $36.1 million contract.
The headliner of the Bengals’ 2020 draft class is now under contract, joining the six other rookies selected by the franchise in April. It is Burrow, though, who the spotlight is zeroed in on.
“I would say the feeling is relief. It’s been a long time since I got drafted. To finally step into the building was more of just…it’s about time,” Burrow said after signing his rookie deal. “It’s just a formality to me.
