Brandon Wilson is staying in the Queen City.
The Cincinnati Bengals re-signed Wilson to a two-year extension that runs through the 2022 season, the team announced on Tuesday.
Wilson has quickly elevated himself as one of the best kick returners in the league. He averaged 26.2 yards per kickoff return last season. In 2019, he finished with an NFL-best 31.3-yard average on kickoff returns. He's averaged 27.8 yards on 45 career returns.
The Bengals special teams ace has two kickoff returns for touchdowns, which is tied with Tremain Mack for the Bengals’ all-time lead. Wilson's 103-yard kickoff return for a TD on Nov.
