Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow said he couldn’t remember losing twice in a row before and that he would throw the ball zero times or 60 times if that led the Bengals to their first win of the 2020 season.
Sunday against the Philadelphia Eagles, Burrow hardly had enough time to make plays that would keep the Bengals in the game. In the second quarter, he took a hit that had the Bengals trainers rushing onto the field to check on the rookie quarterback.
Even though Burrow bounced back in the second half, the Bengals didn’t convert any of their four chances at a game-winning touchdown.
