Cincinnati Bengals great Ken Anderson is used to Hall of Fame questions. Just not in July.

Every year, former Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Ken Anderson sits at his home in Hilton Head, South Carolina, and his phone rings with an all too familiar question.

“The only time I ever think about it is that time of year when voting (happens) and somebody calls and says ‘well what do you think?',” Anderson said.

Sorry, Ken.

He never ponders about the habitual “do you think this is the year” question until the summer months of July and August.

Yet, this time around the inquiry isn’t as commonplace.

As a tribute to the NFL's 100th-anniversary celebration, the Pro Football Hall of Fame is mulling over expanding its centennial class for 2020.
