The Bengals re-signed WR Brandon Tate earlier today. Tate has been with the team since 2011. He has primarily been a punt returner for the Bengals, and rarely sees time on the offensive side of the ball. Last season, Tate returned 27 punts for a total of 171 yards, the least in his tenure with Cincinnati. Although, Tate did catch two passes last season, one being a 55 yard touchdown against the Kansas City Chiefs. Tate spent two seasons with the New England Patriots before joining the Bengals, and has recorded 57 receptions for 901 yards and 6 touchdowns in his career.
