The Cincinnati Bengals had the NFL's first waiver priority on Sunday. Cincinnati used its top spot to claim guard Shaq Calhoun from the Miami Dolphins, the team announced.
Calhoun is a second year guard out of Mississippi State. The Dolphins signed him as an undrafted free agent in 2019. The 6-foot-3 guard played in 10 games with the Dolphins, including seven starts. He was in for a total of 480 snaps all at right guard. The guard allowed two sacks and 18 pressures as a rookie.
In Cincinnati, Calhoun will add depth behind right guard Xavier Su'a-Filo.
