With less than 24 hours before veterans report to training camp, the Cincinnati Bengals made a few roster moves.
The Bengals re-signed Andre Smith, the team announced on Thursday.
Smith was a first-round pick by the Bengals in the 2009 NFL Draft. He started 73 games with the Bengals from 2009 until the 2015. Thursday’s deal marks the fourth time he’s signed with Cincinnati.
In 2016, Smith had a short stint with the Minnesota Vikings. He suffered a season-ending triceps injury in Week 4 of the 2016 season. A year, later he rejoined the Bengals on a one-year deal.
