CBS Sports senior NFL writer Will Brinson likes some moves the Cincinnati Bengals have made during this offseason and said he thinks it's not far-fetched that they're the second-best team in the AFC North.
"You can squint and see the Bengals finishing second in the division," Brinson said. "I can see that happening if Joe Burrow is as good as he was last year, accounting for NFL inflation and all of that.
