Pro Football Hall of Fame general manager Bill Polian told The Adam Schefter Podcast that he expects Cincinnati Bengals rookie quarterback Joe Burrow to struggle during the 2020 season because "he's so far behind now."
Burrow and the Bengals reached an agreement in principle Tuesday on a four-year, $36.1 million contract, per The Enquirer's Tyler Dragon.
Polian on Burrow:
"Joe Burrow's gonna struggle. He's gonna struggle. He's so far behind now, lord. This is Bill Parcells: The best way to learn how to play football is to play football. And we played football in training camp - and in OTAs to a certain extent - and we're not doing that this year.
