It has been a long offseason of people talking for Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins. He and the team were stuck in a contract dispute, and the unfortunate reality was that there was little to no chance both sides could work out a long-term deal despite the team slapping the franchise tag on the talented wide receiver.
Now the receiver has started talking after what many would see as an unusual decision to sign his tender in order to attend training camp.
“I had time to reflect and think. I had long talks with my agent.
