Bengals beat writers discuss Marvin Lewis' press conference.
The defections continued on the Bengals coaching staff Friday as wide receivers coach James Urban opted to take a job as the quarterbacks coach of the Baltimore Ravens.
He previously served as a quarterbacks coach for the Philadelphia Eagles before joining the Bengals' staff in 2011.
The move means three positions are open on the offensive staff as offensive line coach Paul Alexander parted ways with the team and the quarterback coach position is still vacant from the season with offensive coordinator Bill Lazor partially overseeing both.
