Bengals waive 23 players, terminate QB Brandon Allen's contract

All NFL teams were required to reduce their rosters to 53 members by Saturday’s 4 p.m. ET deadline. The Cincinnati Bengals said waived 23 players, including QB Jake Dolegala, TE Mason Schreck and DE Freedom Akinmoladun.
