This will be the final chance for the backups on the Cincinnati Bengals’ roster to show they belong. Many of the players on the field are fighting for spots on the Bengals’ roster and any roster in the NFL, as many could get picked up if cut following the cutdown to the 53-man roster.
You won’t see starters this week when the Bengals host the Indianapolis Colts. You will see guys like Carman Jackson and Jaxson Kirkland fighting to prove they should be one of the remaining backup offensive linemen. You will see players like quarterback Logan Woodside use this opportunity to put the tape out there to show he belongs on a roster or at least Cincinnati’s practice squad.
