The offseason wherein the Cincinnati Bengals finally made heavy investments in the tight end position has finally come to pass. Solid acquisitions in both free agency and the draft took place, with the offense looking like it will take the next step from it already having elite potential.
Investments for the future were made on Day 3 of the draft with two players who possess high-end traits. The Bengals used their fourth-round selection on Erick All, an enigmatic player at the position.
Injuries and his bouncing to a couple of different schools in his collegiate career (becoming more and more frequent these days) bring questions, but if the pieces fall into place, we could be looking at one of the better tight end weapons in the league a few years down the road.
