Eric Bieniemy remains firmly in the mix for the Bengals’ head coaching job.
Bieniemy interviewed with Cincinnati before the start of the NFL playoffs, though we haven’t heard much about him since then. He had interviews with the Bengals, Jets, Buccaneers and Cardinals. It just so happens that the Bengals are the only team from that group that hasn’t made a hire.
And as of late, the tea leaves are suggesting the Bengals will hire an offensive-minded coach outside of the organization, which is exactly what Bieniemy is.
