Bengals-Steelers rivalry is a painful one

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Cincinnati Bengals have a history when it comes to highly-physical play. Here's a runthrough of notable moments, including one from this year's Wild Card game.

1983: Ken Anderson’s helmet was twisted around by Pittsburgh’s Keith Gary. Anderson missed the next three games.

2005 Wild Card Playoff: On the Bengals’ second offensive play from scrimmage Carson Palmer’s knee ligaments were torn when he was hit low by Steelers lineman Kimo von Oelhoffen.

2008: Hines Ward breaks the jaw of Bengals linebacker Keith Rivers on a block. The injury ended Rivers’ season.
