Two members of the Bengals’ practice squad is coming back for the 2020 offseason.
The Bengals today signed TE Moritz Böhringer and WR DaMarkus Lodge to Reserve/Future contracts.
Böhringer, who was a first-year player in 2019, originally joined the Bengals in May of 2018 as part of the NFL’s International Player Pathway Program. This has allowed the Bengals to carry Böhringer as the 11th player on their practice squad for the past two seasons. Böhringer has yet to be called up to the active roster since he was first signed.
Lodge was originally a college free agent signee of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in May.
