As OTAs roll on, the Cincinnati Bengals have made a pair of roster moves.
On Wednesday, the team signed offensive tackle Justin Evans. In a corresponding move, the team waived tight end Andrew Vollert.
Evans, who weighs in at 6-5 and 310 pounds, is a first-year player out of South Carolina State. He was originally a college free agent signee of the Baltimore Ravens in 2018. He was waived by the Ravens on final cuts last season, and he later spent time on the practice squads of Washington and the Arizona Cardinals.
