The Cincinnati Bengals have signed center Frederick Mauigoa and defensive tackle Kahlil McKenzie, the team announced Tuesday. In corresponding moves, the team waived wide receiver Damion Willis and offensive guard Clay Cordasco.
Mauigoa, weighing in at 6-4 and 310 pounds, is a rookie out of Washington State who originally signed with the Carolina Panthers as a college free agent in April. He was waived on August 1st. He played four years (2016-19) for WSU, appearing in 43 games with 39 starts at center.
McKenzie is a second-year player out of the Tennessee who was originally a sixth-round draft pick (198th overall) of the Kansas City Chiefs in 2018.
