Before Tuesday, the Cincinnati Bengals hadn't brought a new cornerback into the building since March 31. That changed Tuesday when the Bengals added cornerback Jalen Davis to the practice squad.
Davis has played in five career NFL games between 2018 and 2019. The 2018 undrafted free agent has made appearances for the Miami Dolphins and the Arizona Cardinals, and he previously played college football at Utah State.
In five games, Davis has six tackles, a sack and a forced fumble.
The Bengals cornerback position has been in flux over the last two weeks. Starter William Jackson III missed Cincinnati's game against the Browns as he was in concussion protocol.
