The Cincinnati Bengals revealed their first 2019 depth chart on Monday. For the most part, it was what should be expected as the team heads into its first preseason game on Saturday vs. the Kansas City Chiefs.
The starting offensive line includes John Jerry holding down the left guard spot. Remember, Jerry spent time with head coach Zac Taylor and offensive line coach Jim Turner when all three were with the Miami Dolphins, so there’s a level of familiarity there that isn’t the case with Christian Westerman. Trey Hopkins is also making a push for the job.
