The Cincinnati Bengals have placed Carl Lawson on season-ending injured reserve, the team announced Monday. With the free roster spot, the team promoted Auden Tate off of the practice squad. The team also announced a two-year contract extension for Clark Harris.
Tate, a seventh-round pick out of Florida State, initially made the Bengals’ 53-man roster before being waived on Oct. 18 and signed to the practice squad. He was inactive for the first six games.
Harris, a 10th-year player, signed a two-year extension through the 2020 season. He has been a reliable long snapper since first signing with Cincinnati as a free agent in 2009.
