The Cincinnati Bengals started the voluntary virtual offseason program Monday. In this program, teams will have a chance to provide classroom instruction, workouts and non-football education programs while team facilities remain closed due to the new coronavirus pandemic.
“We can go only four days a week, and we can only virtually meet with them for two hours during those days,” Bengals coach Zac Taylor said.
Last Monday, 12 teams began their offseason program. The remaining 20 NFL clubs kicked off their virtual programs today.
Rookies cannot start until May 11. Joe Burrow and other rookies can meet one-on-one with position coaches, but they can’t meet collectively until May 11.
