The Bengals are set to have another assistant coach defection.
According to NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Browns are set to hire Van Pelt to be the team’s next offensive coordinator.

It’s unfortunate for the Bengals to lose yet another assistant after linebackers coach Tem Lukabu and secondary coach Daronte Jones departed, but it’s good to see Van Pelt get a big promotion.
