It’s an old NFL adage that the third year of a player who was drafted and developed by a team is a critical year in how a player’s NFL path continues going forward.
Such is the case for Cincinnati offensive guard Cordell Volson, who is experiencing that timeline of his career and is looking to take another step in his development.
As it looks right now (as we continue to monitor the Amarius Mims/Trent Brown right tackle situation), Volson is the only player set to start on the offensive line that was actually drafted by the Bengals and not brought in as a free agent.
